RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Returns and exchanges can only be made within 14 days after receiving your item. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return or exchange.

Email us at info@sanhousefit.com with your order number and reason for return. Once submitted, we will send the return form and details. 

All Sanhouse Fit items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Sanhouse Fit’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same style and color only.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 5 days for processing. After processing, we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. All refunds are in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges.

Sanhouse Fit guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects as long as you follow our care instructions.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number for our team to review.

By placing an order with Sanhouse Fit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to our return and exchange policies, terms, and conditions.
